Hey Whats for Dinner Tonight?

I have not done one of these for a very long time, and I apologize. Life has been busy since school went back to normal and that means so did sports, clubs and band. We have also abused drive thrus and Doordash, which means my sugars have been out of whack. We will be traveling next week and I have ordered a Turkey for Thanksgiving to be delivered before we leave, so that means MAKE ROOM IN THE FREEZER!

Sunday

Roasted Chicken

I melted 1 stick of butter in microwave, poured over the chicken along with some white wine I had (half a bottle) and sprinkled lemon pepper seasoning all over. Roasted in oven at 400 for 45 min then 375 for another 45 min, basting halfway.

I served it with Onion Rings (for the kids) and a bag of Good and Gather frozen cauliflower with cheese bake from Target (so good!)

Monday

Salmon

I will use frozen salmon fillets and in the air fryer with some teriyaki sauce. Heat up a packet of brown rice (for kids) and a bag of frozen riced cauliflower in the microwave.

Tuesday

Today is my Husband’s Birthday so we will go out to eat!

Wednesday

Feta Turkey Burgers

I will use 1 lb ground turkey mixed with 1 egg and some italian seasoning, split into 4 burgers and grill. when almost finished top with crumbled feta. Top with a slice of red onion with 2 lettuce leaves (as bun) but kids will have bun. Will throw some frozen fries in air fryer for kids and chicken nuggets for Little C.

Thursday

Steak

Will salt and cook in butter on a cast iron pan. Roast asparagus in oven with olive oil and salt.

Friday

Left Overs/ Fend for yourself

Saturday

Pizza

Kids will eat frozen pizza and I will make the tortilla pizza for hubby and I. Low carb from Mission flipped in olive oil pan till crisp, top with sauce as close to the edge then mozzarella. I like to add pepperoni to my pizza. pop under broiler till cheese is melted.

I use Butchers box for all of meats. You can use my link to get $30 off your first box, and a free Turkey for a limited time! http://rwrd.io/1126xnv?c

Have a Great Week!
